What people usually ask me.

How do you work?+

100% remote with weekly or bi-weekly meetings depending on the project. I use Notion, Slack and Loom to keep everything organized and async. If the client is in Montevideo, we can schedule specific on-site days.

How soon can you start a project?+

Usually I have a 2 to 4 week waitlist. For smaller projects or 1:1 consulting I can jump in faster. Write to me to check current availability.

How do payments work?+

For fixed-scope projects: 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery. For monthly retainers: first month upfront. I work with local (UY) or international transfer (Wise, Payoneer, USDC).

Do you work with large teams or only founders?+

Both. With early-stage founders I'm very hands-on. With established brand teams I come in as a strategic consultant, supporting the CMO or head of marketing without stepping on toes.

What languages do you work in?+

Spanish and English. I serve clients in LATAM, the US and Europe. I deliver bilingual materials when needed.

What if the project isn't working?+

At month 1 we review whether it makes sense to continue. If not, we stop without drama and you keep everything delivered up to that point. I'd rather say "this isn't for me" than force a fit that isn't there.

Do you sign NDAs?+

Yes, no problem. I work with several brands in confidential mode. I can also appear in your portfolio only with your prior ok.

Do you offer discounts for early-stage?+

I don't usually discount the price, but I adjust scope. If the project excites me and the budget is tight, we build a smaller version that fits.
